Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products by accessing www.ez3dpr.com, from any of our social media platforms, or contacting us, EZ-3D, directly. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. For example, 3D printer filaments would not be accepted if the sealed package is opened. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund if applicable after evaluation. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Service and Warranty Policy
Creality
All Creality-branded 3D printers assembled by EZ-3D, LLC include a 14-day labor service guarantee from the date of delivery. EZ-3D, LLC can assist in the process of diagnosing, ordering, and installing parts during the aforementioned period of time, (14 days from the date of delivery.) The customer assumes the responsibility of paying for the shipment to or from EZ-3D, LLC of everything related to the service to be received. This includes the printer, parts, among others. The remote technical support to be received will be done through Google Meets within the aforementioned period of time. This warranty does not include upgrades so if the customer wants to upgrade the printer they will have to pay for a completely different and independent service from the printer assembly order. This warranty does not include physical imperfections that include, but are not limited to: mishandling, abuse, wear and tear, electrical failures, modifications made by the user or third parties, among others. If a part is damaged and is within the established warranty period, EZ-3D, LLC will assist free of charge, but, as mentioned above, the customer must assume the cost of shipping to or from EZ-3D, LLC of everything related to the service to be received. This includes the printer, parts, among others. Once the warranty time with EZ-3D, LLC has expired, the customer can contact the manufacturer directly for any technical support they need. The 3D printers that EZ-3D, LLC assembles are subject to extensive and detailed testing to ensure optimal operation. EZ-3D, LLC reserves the right to accept returns, exchanges or repair printers that have been worked by personnel who are not part of the EZ-3D technical team or who are outside the 14-day warranty previously established, among other reasons. This may cause EZ-3D, LLC to void the warranty immediately.

All Prusa Research by Josef Prusa 3D branded printers assembled by EZ-3D, LLC include a 14-day labor service guarantee from starting at the date of delivery. Only the parts of the company Prusa Research a.s. have extended warranty and EZ-3D, LLC can assist in the diagnostic, ordering, and installation process during the aforementioned period (14 days from the date of delivery.) The customer assumes the responsibility of paying for the shipment to or from EZ-3D, LLC of everything related to the service to be received. This includes the printer, parts, among others.
